What if I want to cancel my order?
Since some items are custom made, please email us within 24
hours.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee (less S&H) on our
products if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Items
must be returned in original packaging and not obviously used.
Please contact Lizbeth@justfurkidsstore.com for authorization prior
to returning any item
Returned item must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska,
or anywhere outside the U.S.?
Not at this time.
What if we shipped the wrong item?
We will replace it with the correct one. Please email for instructions.
Will I be charged sales tax?
We are required by law to charge 7.85% sales tax for orders
shipped within the State of Arizona.

“Your privacy is important to us. We do not share our customers’ information with anyone. We hate junk mail just as much as you do. When you provide information - Name, Address, Phone Number, etc. - on the order form, we use that information only to process your order. We do not make names, addresses, etc. available for any other use.”
